Your Hormone Consultation Session with Jerry Beamer
Meet Jerry Beamer — the owner of Andrews Apothecary and the compounding pharmacist who will lead you through your consultation session.
Your hormone consultation will be conveniently held via Zoom and lasts about an hour, packed with helpful information tailored to your specific situation. Before your session, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire so Jerry can come prepared.
Your personal hormone evaluation includes three major steps:

- Your hormonal evaluation & consultation
- Your new hormone regimen
Your BHRT Questionnaire
You will fill out a questionnaire that gives us insight into your situation and symptoms, then return the form — along with your payment — to Jerry. Please give yourself plenty of time to fill out your answers in as much detail as possible.
Jerry reviews your answers and designs a bioidentical hormone regimen just for you, based on many moving parts, personal preferences, and his 25+ years of experience working in BHRT.
Your Hormonal Evaluation & Consultation
Please arrive or check in online ahead of your scheduled appointment time. We will discuss in great depth the answers to your questionnaire and what they told us about you and your health.
Jerry will lead you through a discussion on topics including:
- Your life stage and common symptoms by age
- Your stress levels and causes — and how to prevent them moving forward
- Your thyroid function & levels
- Additional specific topics and options for your treatment plan
Your New Bioidentical Hormone Regimen
- If your doctor doesn't already work with Andrews Apothecary, you'll be asked to gain approval for us to fax our recommendations to them.
- Jerry will contact your prescriber with a fax form detailing your proposed plan.
- After approval, the Andrews Apothecary team will get to work custom blending your formulation.
- Once ready, you can pick up your hormones in-store or have them shipped to you.
- You'll take your new formula for at least three months, then follow up with a three-month check-in with Jerry.
- At the three-month mark, Jerry will re-evaluate your formulation based on how you are feeling and whether any levels need a boost.
- Jerry and his team will be available to you along the way as we move toward hormonal harmony.
*Please note that while some individuals may find relief right away, it can take up to three months for maximum results — which is why we schedule your follow-up appointment at three months from your first dose.
